Members agree to the full Terms of Use outlined below stated by Gameflirt Ltd (hereafter Gameflirt). It is the members responsibility to ensure that these are fully understood.
Membership
Members must have a valid credit card/debit card in order to join Gameflirt. Membership is only available to UK residents. When completing the registration form, members agree to provide true, accurate, current, and correct information.
Delivery of Games
Gameflirt uses the Royal Mail to send and receive games. Please allow for Royal Mail delivery times. Gameflirt is not responsible for delayed or misdirected mail. Return postage of rented games is paid by Gameflirt. Any games which are reported as missing will result in an investigation by the Royal Mail to verify their loss. Members are required to assist the Royal Mail with their investigation. The outcome of the Royal Mail investigation is final.
Renting Games
Game rental orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday. Gameflirt will send members a confirmation email when a game has been sent. Members can view currently rented games by accessing the "wishlist" page. All games remain the property of Gameflirt at all times. Games must not be sold on or made available to hire. Members may not copy or alter any rented game in any way. Please ensure the games are handle with care so as not to damage them. The member undertakes to treat the games and their associated packaging with the utmost care at all times. Gameflirt reserves the right to debit the members credit/debit card the current Recommended Retail Price of any game which is returned in a non re-usable condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted). Gameflirt will contact the member to discuss this before debiting the members credit/debit card.
Purchasing Rental Games ('KEEP IT')
Members may at any time purchase a game which is currently being renting. Members can purchase any currently rented game using the "KEEP IT" button in the members "wishlist". The price to pay will be shown to members via the website. Please note the following with regard to the purchase "KEEP IT" option:
Purchasing Ex-Rental Games
Members may at any time purchase a game which is made available as ex-rental stock on the Gameflirt website. The price to pay will be shown on the website at the time of purchase. All ex-rental products are pre-played games which have been made available for sale by Gameflirt. Please note the following with regard to the purchase of an ex-rental product:
Membership Fees and Billing
Gameflirt will charge membership fees to the members credit card/debit card which is calculated on a monthly basis. Billing will commence at the beginning of membership sign up and every 30 days thereafter until the member cancels.
Gameflirt will continue to bill the members credit/debit card on a monthly basis until the membership has been succesfully cancelled. All Gameflirt membership is based on a 30 day membership paid in advance. As a member of Gameflirt, you understand and agree that Gameflirt is authorised to charge the monthly membership fee, and any other charges you may sustain relating to your use of Gameflirt, directly to your credit card/debit card each month unless and until such a time that the membership is cancelled.
Lost/ Unreturned / Damaged Games
Members agree to allow us to charge their credit/debit card for the Recommended Retail Price of a game in the following situations:
Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your Gameflirt membership at any time.
To cancel your membership, You must log into your account and click the cancel link in the game plan section and a cancellation request will be logged against your account. Cancelling your account will stop further games being despatched to you. The cancellation will only take effect and billing will stop once all your currently rented games have been returned and received by Gameflirt. Please ensure your existing games rentals are returned and received by Gameflirt with 72 hours to prevent your account being billed for another months membership. Failure to return your existing games rentals within 7 days of a cancellation request being set on your account will also result in your credit/debit card being charged the recommended retail price of all outstanding games on your account. Please note refunds will not be given for cancellations part way through a billing period.
Gameflirt reserve the right to terminate membership with immediate effect at Our sole discretion.
Returning Games for Account Cancellation
When returning games prior to cancelling your account, we require you to obtain a 'Proof of Postage' receipt from the Royal Mail to confirm the games have been returned safely and before your next billing date. A 'Proof of Postage' Receipt can be obtained at any Royal Mail or Post Office counter and is free of charge. This will prevent any further charges being made to your account for non returned games. Any games lost in transit prior to or after cancellation without a 'Proof of Postage' receipt will be deemed as lost by the customer. Gameflirt reserves the right to debit the members credit/debit card the "Keep it!" price of any lost game.
Administration fees and account charges
Gameflirt limited reserves the right to charge members administration fees in the following circumstances.
In cases where members persistently refuse to make regular subscription payments RRP of outstanding games and subscription payments will be referred to a debt recovery agency.
